The right answer is 'Green Shoe'
The 1st logo is that of the Agricultural Bank of China which recorded the biggest ever IPO (close to $22 Billion) after exercising its 'over-allotment of shares' i.e. the green shoe option.
The 2nd logo is that of Stride Rite which was originally formed as Green shoe Mfg. Company in US, the first ever company to permit the underwriters to go for a Green Shoe option.
